Native remote desktop
We created a complete native client for accessing Linux desktops from Mac and iPad, bringing connection setup, credentials and familiar controls into one focused application.

The challenge
GNOME Remote Login redirects a connection before the desktop session opens. Handling that step was the starting point; familiar Apple shortcuts, clear rendering and saved connections shaped the rest.
Our approach
We developed the complete product, using FreeRDP for the connection protocol and native Mac and iPad interfaces around it. We implemented GNOME Remote Login handoff, translated Command shortcuts for Linux, and added saved profiles, certificate prompts and password storage in Apple Keychain.
The result
People can open their Linux workspace from either device, reconnect through saved profiles and use familiar shortcuts. Native-resolution sessions and Mac full-screen support keep the remote desktop central to the experience.
